| NFL Mock Draft Pick | NFL Team | 2010 NFL Mock Draft Player |
|---|---|---|
Green Bay Packers | Taylor Mays, S, USC Mays' NFL draft stock dropped a little bit this year but he has great size at the safety position. Some teams are concerned with his covering skills and how he plays the play action. I think he will be a great player in the NFL and he is one of the top DB's in my 2010 NFL Mock Draft. He had a great combine and I think the Packers could really use Taylor Mays in the secondary. They biggest need was OT but they resigned Chad Clifton to fill that hole. Look for the big hitting Taylor Mays to be pick by the Green Bay Packers in the 2010 NFL mock draft.
Philadelphia Eagles | Brandon Graham, DE - Michigan Wolverines Graham is a great athlete. I think he will be a very good DE in the NFL. He is very strong and didn't get a lot of press because he was on a Michigan team that had a bad year. Graham was the first defensive player in school history to be voted Bo Schembechler Most Valuable Player twice (2008, 2009). He was also named the Senior Bowl Game MVP. His NFL draft stock is really rising and I like him to be taken in the 1st round of the 2010 NFL draft.
Baltimore Ravens | Aaron Hernandez, TE - Florida Gators Hernandez is a big time playmaker. He is the 2nd rated TE in my 2010 NFL mock draft. Baltimore needs a TE. I think Hernandez will be selected in the first 2 rounds of the 2010 NFL mock draft. Flacco and the Ravens could really use an athletic playmaker like him.
Arizona Cardinals | Anthony Davis, OL - Rutgers Scarlet Knights Davis is a monster and should anchor the line he goes to for years to come. He is a top 5 OL prospect in my 2010 NFL mock draft. I think he was passed over by Campbell and Williams at the 2010 NFL combine but he will still be a very good OL in the NFL. Arizona could use help up front especially with a new QB under center.
Dallas Cowboys | Maurkice Pouncey, C - Florida Gators Pouncey had a great year at Florida. He won the 2009 Rimington Trophy, which is for the nation's best center. Pouncey should be one of the top interior linemen taken in the 2010 NFL mock draft. He can play either guard or center which is very appealing to teams.
San Diego Chargers | Jahvid Best, RB - California Bears Best had a great combine and I think really put himself in a great position for the 2010 NFL draft. Best is a home run hitter. He is very fast and should be able to help San Diego. The Chargers let go of LT and the future of Darren Sproles in San Diego is uncertain so look for the Chargers to draft a RB. Also look for Ryan Matthews from Fresno State to be consider at this pick.
New York Jets | Sergio Kindle, OLB - Texas Longhorns Kindle is a great athlete. His size is the big question mark. If he gets in the right system he could really be a great player in the NFL. The Jets need a guy with a great motor who will get pressure on the QB for them.
Minnesota Vikings | Patrick Robinson, CB - Florida State Seminoles Robsinson is a very good CB. He should help San Diego out in the secondary and be a 1st or 2nd round pick in the 2010 NFL draft.
Indianapolis Colts | Charles Brown, OT - USC Trojans Brown is a very good OL prospect in my 2010 NFL mock draft. The Colts could really use a big time left tackle to protect Peyton Manning. Look for them to draft Charles brown from USC.
New Orleans Saints | Brian Price, DT - UCLA Bruins Price had a great year and really climbed up NFL draft boards. He made a great decision to come out of college because his stock will never be higher. Look for him to be a late first or early second round pick in the 2010 NFL mock draft. The Saints don't need any help on offense so I look for them to try to get stronger on defense.
