| Mock Draft Pick | 2010 NFL Team | 2010 NFL Mock Draft Player |
|---|---|---|
San Francisco 49ers | Brandon LaFell, WR - LSU Tigers LaFell is a big time receiver. He has a good frame (6'3, 205 lbs.) and I would like to see him put on 10-15 pounds. He has a chance to be a very good WR at the next level. Look for LaFell to fall no further than the 2nd round in the 2010 NFL mock draft.
Denver Broncos | Corey Wooten, DE - Northwestern Wildcats Wooten is an absolute monster (6'7, 280 lbs.). For his size, he has a great combination of size and quickness. He should really help out a NFL defensive line. He is an elite DL prospect in my 2010 NFL mock draft.
New York Giants | Daryl Washington, LB - TCU Horned Frogs Washington is an absolute stud. He may not even fall this far in the 2010 NFL mock draft. He will be able to help an NFL team in his first year. He is very fast for a LB.
New England Patriots(Tennessee) | Eric Norwood, OLB - South Carolina Gamecocks Norwood had a great career at South Carolina. He is a very smart player and will be able to contribute at the next level. He is a little undersized but plays very fast. He can run sideline to sideline very well. He will not find his way into the first round but shouldn't fall past the 3rd round in the upcoming 2010 NFL mock draft.
Carolina Panthers | Colt McCoy, QB, Texas This pick is very up in the air for me. I think that Carolina gets their QB of the future. I don't think Moore is the long term answer for them. If McCoy is still on the board here, which he probably won't be, the Panthers will draft him.
Pittsburgh Steelers | Jonathan Dwyer, RB - Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets The Steelers may not draft Dwyer but he would be a good value pick right here. He didn't perform great at the combine at that is why he fell a little bit. Dwyer is a powerful runner that should be a good compliment to Mendenhall.
Kansas City (from Atlanta) | Brandon Ghee, CB -Wake Forest Ghee is a very good corner who will help them out in pass coverage. Ghee is a second to third round pick in my 2010 NFL mock draft. Ghee had a great combine which really helped his 2010 NFL draft stock.
Houston Texans | Nate Allen, FS - South Florida Bulls This could end up being a steal for the Texans. Some people have Allen as the number 2 rated CB in the 2010 NFL mock draft, over Taylor Mays. Allen is much better in coverage and with his help the Texans should be much improved in the secondary.
Cincinnati Bengals | Morgan Burnett, FS - Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets Burnett is a playmaking safety. Over the last two years Burnett has totaled 170 tackles and 11 INTs
New England Patriots | Anthony McCoy, TE - USC Trojans McCoy is one of the top rated TEs in my 2010 NFL mock draft. At 6'5, 250 pounds, McCoy should be able to help an NFL team in the passing game.
