2010 NFL Mock Draft (3 Rounds) 11/17/2009

Draft PickNFL Team2010 NFL Draft Player
1St. Lous Rams
Jimmy Clausen, QB, Notre Dame Jimmy Clausen is at the top of my 2010 NFL Mock Draft board. He has been very good this year. He has put up monster stats and he has a great frame to play in the NFL for a long time. I think the better he plays for ND down the stretch the higher he will climb up teams draft boards. He is an elite prospect in my 2010 NFL mock draft.
2Cleveland BrownsSam Bradford, QB, OklahomaI really like Sam Bradford and I love his size. I think he is very smart and will be an elite QB in the NFL for a long time however I am not sure how he will recover from his injury. He, like Clausen, is a top prospect in my 2010 NFL Mock draft.
3Tampa Bay BuccaneersNdamukong Suh, DT - Nebraska CornhuskersSuh is an absolute force in the middle. He is one of the most dominate players in college football, offensive or defensive. He just man handles offensive lines. He should be one of the top 3-5 players taken in the 2010 NFL Mock draft. He, along with Eric Berry are my top 2 defensive players in the NFL mock draft.
4Oakland RaidersGerald McCoy, DT - Oklahoma SoonersMcCoy is a great athlete. He is one of the main reasons that the Sooner defense is so good this year. I think he is a for sure top 10 pick and thats why I have him so high in my 2010 NFL mock draft.
5Kansas City ChiefsEric Berry, S - Tennessee
I just listened to Todd McShay on the radio say that Berry is hands down the best player in college football. With that being said, if he is still around at 5 (which he very well may not be) the Chiefs will pick him. They need help on the defensive side of the ball and Berry will be an instant fix in the secondary.
6Detroit LionsRussell Okung, OT - Oklahoma State
I have Okung rated as my top OL in my 2010 NFL mock draft. He is a great lineman and should be able to protect Stafford for years to come. The Lions have talent on the offensive side of the ball and by drafting Okung with their first pick the 2010 NFL mock draft they should get some time for Stafford to get the ball in their hands.
7Washington RedskinsJake Locker, QB - Washington HuskiesJake Locker is a big time player. He has a big arm and is very athletic. The big question is, will he stay or will he go? I think he may go and be a top 15 pick. He is currently my 3rd rated QB in my 2010 NFL mock draft behind Clausen and Bradford.
8Buffalo BillsBruce Campbell, OT - MarylandThe Bills need so much help I am not sure where to go here. They need help on both the OL and the DL. I think getting Campbell here is a huge pickup. They need to be able to protect and he will help them do that.
9Tennessee TitansTaylor Mays, S - USCTaylor Mays is an electric player. He is a monster in the secondary and hits like a MAC-Truck. The Titans could really use a big time player in the defensive secondary and thats why I have them taking Mays in this mock draft.
10San Francisco 49ers (Carolina)Bryan Bulaga, OT - IowaBulaga is the best OL to come out of Iowa since Robert Gallary. I think he will be able to help the 49ers a lot. He is a great player and one of the top OL in my 2010 NFL mock draft.
11Seattle SeahawksCarlos Dunlop, DE - Florida Gators I have been reading that Dunlop is slipping. Many people think that he is lazy. I think a lot will fall on how he tests out at the combine. He is an amazing athlete with great speed and strength. He could really help the Seattle defense.
12Denver Broncos (Chicago)Rolando McLain, LB – AlabamaMcLain has really improved his draft stock this year. I had him ranked 2nd or 3rd in the 2010 LB class before the season. Now I think he has surpassed them all and that is why he is my number 1 LB in the 2010 NFL mock draft. He is the most dominate player on a very good defense. He is very smart and will be a great player in the NFL.
